Its minor, cosmetically, but the repair cost will probably be astronomical.
That's why I said not minor, it's gonna be a bit pricey...

I hope your barbers can handle the scissors better than parking trucks ... check your ears ... he may have cut one of them off!

Sorry to see that, GT. Seems that when it rains it pours. Get it fixed and enjoy...and find a new barber shop!

Its great that the guy was honest and you don't have to even involve your insurance company. As for him... it sucks to get robbed, but backing up without looking - he was VERY fortunate it was a car he hit. God forbid...
In any case,
I wish you luck fixing your car! It'll not be cheap, but its not the end of the world. Hang in there and keep us posted on the progress

I've had nothing but bad luck w/ this car. Every single time I say I'm gonna keep it for the long run, SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO IT!
hang in there bro, i know this situation sucks but try not to think of it this way... i read somewhere once that unlucky people are unlucky because they're usually pessimistic and only seeing the bad in situations and that optimists usually get lucky cause they notice opportunities when they pop up... this is why i started to be a little more optimistic in my life and things have really gotten better for me...

my point: see this as an opportunity for you to get an m-tech bumper and maybe a matte black grill

Yeah, that was good of him. And there might have been some instant karma in there. As he was on the phone w/ his insurance company, he got another call telling him that his house had been robbed. Though I don't take any gratification in that. Being robbed has GOT to suck worse than your car being banged.
o snap

well. that sucks all around for him basically. his insurance may go up and his house got robbed. your car will get fixed and im sorry too for that! i hate that feeling when you kinda have a gut instinct, yet you ignore it. then it comes back to bite you in the ass..and you hitting yourself in the head cause you didnt listen! ugh.. the worst! hope it all gets fixed in a nice easy way...

Sorry to hear about your car. I had almost the exact SAME thing happen to me last December. Hood, Front Bumper, 1 Headlight, both Grills. Depending on the quotes it'll be between $4500 and $5200 is my guess. I took the opportunity to get the M-Tech Front...it's a headache yes, but you'll come out looking good in the end. Good luck!
