XI mbrs with dual quads

My Ride: 2007 525xi
So i went to a muffler shop yesterday to see if i can do the quad exhaust setup as i will be ordering the Umnitza m5 rears, i saw a member here do a muffler delete and ran pipes to the right side. Well my muffler shops says that can't be done on an xi. Has anyone done any sort of dual exhaust on an xi before? The xi's that i have seen on here seem to have the Mtech rears with single exhaust.

Member white535xi has dual/quad setup on his XI. PM him.
Go to another shop and when you're finished with the install. Drive back to the shop that says you can't and show them.
