The beauty of the primer is that it comes off with rubbing alcohol.

the 3M primer is a clear liquid with the consistency of water, when applied it makes a hazy film on the surface applied to. It definitely makes the vinyl adhere better to the surface. The vinyl without primer can be easily pulled off by hand, when you have primer you'll probably need some heat to take it off, that's the main difference. Rubbing alcohol will remove both the primer and the vinyl glue.

Thanks, I thought it was like the usual primer used to paint cars. I will have to get some.
