what coverage have they cut...do they have new documentation? i'm sorry, but i fail to see how legally BMW can sell you a car with X parts covered under warranty, then later restate the warranty. i guess it's possible if you signed something saying the CPO warranty could change at any time, but i don't remember signing anything like that?

isnt there a policy if ur ccc goes out they have to cover it cuz it also controls the climate?!

I wouldn't buy it, 58k miles is a lot for a 2008. Find a better one imo.

Car 1: I never would buy a rental, period.
Car 2: 58K is excessive for an '08, to say the least.
