I don't have any problems with the auto wipers -- seem to work fine for me!

When I set the auto wiper rain sensitivity to its lowest setting, I still find that it is wiping too frequently. In fact, I find little variability in the intermediate settings. Do others have similar experiences? Is there a way to fix?

I don't know how many times I have turned the sensitivity knob and saw no difference. Hell, I don't even know which direction is more sensitive...

My e46 was the same way. I could never see any difference in sensitivity no matter what the setting. I recall referring back to the owner's manual just to be sure I was turning the right knob! The fact that its not on everytime I start the car doesn't really bother me, but maybe that's because I can't ignore the wiper controls the same way I can the headlights.
