Excellent, I read some reviews and people were happy for the most part, so I chose them.

Don't forget you have an Xi, i don't so i might have a harder time than you..

I got the tires yesterday, ordered from tirerack Wednesday afternoon, and got here yesterday 4pm, with the cheapest shipping option UPS ground.

Came from a all season setup and will never again buy or drive all season.

Driven over 8k miles/year in the snow, many trips between Chicago, Toronto, Montreal and Boston.

don;t feel bad bro, I drove mine with Michelin PS2 sport last winter, not much but i did drive right after the big snow storm we had, the scariest part was driving down a 45% hill unplowed street in CT leading to a busy main road, I had no doubts in my mind i was gonna crash, but I didn't luckily.

I couldn't resist not driving my baby for weeks..

I put Blizzaks on my 138's after the OEM all season Continentals were done. Honestly I will never buy an all season tire as long as I live in New England or any other place that gets real winters. RWD and the E60 is a TANK easily passing AWD trucks, SUV's you name it. I was safely passing plow and sand trucks this past winter while everyone else on the road was forced to a crawl behind them. Dedicated winter and summer setups is where its at.

That's exactly right, that is what's key here. You must have a summer/winter tire set up. Michelin PS2's for the summer and Bridgestone Blizzaks for the winter.

Bridgrstone Blizzak WS-70. By far the BEST winter set up I've had. These tires are BEAST in the snow!
