Windows and sunroof open by themselves

I've seen a couple posts about phantom trunk and/or windows opening. I figured I should post about my experience to lend more evidence to BMW that there is a problem.
I came home last night and parked in my driveway, locked the car with the remote, and went in the house. I put my keys on my dresser and went to bed. In the morning, all the windows and sunroof were wide open, and the driver door was unlocked. Nothing was missing from the car, and there was no sign of anyone trying to break in. I believe the car did it on its own. I know for a FACT I did not accidently push and hold the button on the remote to open the windows.
That same night, I had a warning that the left rear turn signal malfunctioned. The next day, the turn signal worked fine, so it wasn't a burned out bulb. Between the turn signal and the windows, I'm starting to worry that I have some electrical problems or software issues. I recently got CIP 18.1.

I have had the trunk open on one occasion, but keys were in pocket and can't rule out accidental pressure on the trunk button of the key.
But once the sunroof closed on it's own. I am confused but don't know for sure. I will have to see if it happens again.
