Window Washer or Tsunami?

I allways turn off the lights when washing the window. They only work when the lights are switched on.
..and the car tailgating me will generally back off right away.

Ha, ha! That is so funny. I remember several times here in Sweden when I thought the light bulb was broken, but it was snow and ice on the headlights and I could hardly see the road in front of me. We usually stop at gas stations and clean the headlights during the winter. The headlight washers simply can't do the job.
