I know a lot of us hate RFT becuase it's so stiff and it's very noisy.

But when I consider a new set of tires on my girlfriend's car, I recommended RF. For one reason only: "SAFTY". I seen lot of people have no idea when their tire is completely flat and still driving, and I don't want my gf stuck on the freeway waiting for tow truck to replace the tire. I know RFT is not perfect, but it is safer than standard tires.

What do you guys think?

I can't remember, maybe 4 or 5 years ago. My first punctures was in high school. I (my parents) bought a 3000gt for me when I was 16, I got 2 to 4 nails in each tire during the first week of school. I used to check my tires before I back up my car in school parking lot.

My gf just got a puncture yesterday, and it's about time to replace all 4 tires.
