Wierd key based RDS issue

My Ride: E60 535d M Sport
So I just thought I'd set up our 535d M Sport with the spare key so my wife and I can have a key each, set to our own settings and seat position etc etc. Aside from the strangest memorised seating position ever (previously owned by some kind of early primate I think) our spare key settings have no RDS information in the radio.
So all you see are the frequencies. The main key we've been using so far shows Radio 1, Radio 2 etc etc.
I can't find a setting anywhere in iDrive that configures RDS on or off. Anyone know what the scoop is here? I've just been for a 10 min drive around as I wondered if it just needed some time to scan, but no change.

Just click on any of the stations you're on and a pop-up menu will come up. in the pop-up menu, you'll see tone, scan, rds, tp, etc...click on rds and a 'tick' will appear on the box...there you have it, your missing rds is back!
