Why U need to pull the door handle 2x to open locked door?

I always tell my passenger that they are stupid and cant even open a door. When they try it the second time I look at them with an even more pitiful face, once it opens. Good stuff.

Why the hell would someone want to car jack a Focus/Prius?????? Car jacking is to steal the......car.....no? Getting robbed, well, that's a different story/forum....

The double pull is good. Less chance for accidental opening of the doors, just have your friends be familiar with German door locks or unlock it for them.

Isn't this the Comfort Access setting? You have to put your hand inside the handle for a moment and then pull? If you are too fast it takes too pulls...

No, comfort access is for exterior access only. The OP is talking about the double pull required while inside the car when it is locked...
