Why you always need to setup you're rain sensor again how stupid then you don't need it.I hope BMW makes soon an update then when you're rain sensor was ons and you start later its still on.So is it in my other car an Jaguar X-type.

Plz BMW change it !In my 96' e39 you don't needed to set on always

Who thinks this also?

For me, I like to have total control of what happens in my car. Because of this, I'm happy with the way the sensor turns off when I turn off the car.

Before turning my wipers on, I always want to make sure that the glass is sufficiently wet so that the blades don't scratch the glass. If the sensor was set to "on" all the time, there's a chance that the wipers would wipe before I had a chance to make sure the glass was wet enough.

In this case, for me, I want them to work when I want, not when the car thinks it's best...

If there's a choice, then great. If I had to choose one way, it'd be the one that BMW has right now...

And what about when you forget to turn it off before going into the car wash?

It's like it is for a reason

Doesn't seem like a major deal - to push one button once if it's raining. My main issue is I'd like more sensitivity in the adjustment. Sometimes I would like the wipers to activate more frequently and I'm maxed out on the sensitivity setting.
