Anybody running PS2's - whats the tread life been?

I have an opp to buy a pair for the rear 275/30 19s with 6/32 tread life left and just wondering how many miles I can get out of them.

unless they're dirt cheap and you can get them mounted cheaply, don't waste your time. that's 50% tread, if not less, and you'll get maybe 6-8k miles out of them. They wear better than the Contis, but not by much. The rear tires on the E60 just disappear. I haven't gotten any to last more than 15k.

...and as long as the car handles the way it does I have no problem with that.

 

280 installed with no patches - you think thats a good deal?

 

I have them....great tire but I get about 8k miles out of them...max.... :thumbsdown:

I am getting something much cheaper next time..there are plenty of cheaper tires out there that are just as good.

 

meh. fair but not exceptional.

 

Picked up a pair of UHPs with 95% tread for $110 instead....tires only.

What's a fair price to pay for install?
