You guys are gonna get on me for this....I changed my order to a 330i, will still arrive in 2 weeks
It might not be a better made car overall (as in materials used) or better looking (subjective opinion), and don't get me wrong i love the e90 3 series despite alot of people think it's ugly. It's more athletic and more agressive then the e46. Also i begun to love the whole package (at first i was shocked by the rear end especially the taillights). I love the e90. It was my 1st targer when i wanted to buy a bimmer last summer, and i aimed also for the 330i.
Even though i'm a BIG diesel fan (but mainly because of the 535d) i love more petrol engines. You'll have a way lighter car and smaller that means more nimble. Not to mention you'll have the high reavy straight six petrol wich is my sweet spot when it comes to bmw.
Good move anyway! You didn't do wrong at all. On the contrary you did good. I'm also aiming (wishing is the better word) for the next e90 m3. We'll see.
