That's right baby! It's called Vishnu! http://www.vishnutuning.com/

I'm considering the 535, instead of the 550 next, for this very reason.

These guys already have a remap for the 335. 300HP to 380 HP for around $1400. And this is only the beginning. I wouldn't be surprised to see these numbers push 400HP soon. Same will be avail for the 535 I'm sure.
Only $1400. I have a 535 on order and I think I'll go for it. Has anyone does this and does this void the warranty.

Exactly....... now onto the review:
Okay so I just got to drive our 535i with sport, premium and a few other gadgets..... to quickly sum it up, I didn't like it that much. Noticable turbo lag on the freeway and it's just blah. The 335i coupe/sedans are much more faster and fun to drive but whatever. It's comfortable, luxurious and still pretty quick on the streets. I can't get used to the feeling of the new e-shifter, altho it did shift a notch quicker than our regular steps, but still I don't like grabbing the thing, haha. Cabin is very quiet, ride is smooth just like it's suppose to be, but sometimes if you take off in 2nd gear, I noticed a lag and then all of a sudden the power will kick in and pull, kinda almost unpredictable.

Freeway ride is fine and comfy, but I had to bring it down to 4th gear to get any good pulls. I have to compare it to my 550i because I do that with every car I get into. The 545/550 are just so much better with power delivery and smoothness, instant power almost every gear and power band. The 535i has to be in a certain sweet spot to get any thrill out of, am I grilling on the car too hard?
Dan

I have not detected any lag in mine.

I find the car to be very refined, and very quick.

If the car is this quick now, it should be quite enjoyable after the break-in period.

Warranty can only be voided if BMW can prove that the modification was directly responsible for the warranty work that you desire.

Though it would be wise to remove the procede/vishnu piggyback before going in for some type of severe warranty work though.

535i owners might also want to be aware of a good possibility that the car will go into limp mode if the temperature goes north of 300 F.

Have I goofed up bad by ordering the 535i? I mean car going into limp mode if temp goes more than 300F and others saying that there is turbo lag.

Limp mode is when you're tearing it up on the highway engaging in spirited driving for a prolong period of time. Walked U is a member here as well as e90post.com and it's happened to him. Then again, he does have the PROcede piggyback system. I think the solution was to make sure the 535i has a oil cooler. I think the 335i sedans/coupes that went into limp mode didn't have the oil filter. Go here for more and better info.

Some more info on the PROcede:

There's an article in the lates issue of European Car Magazine comparing a VF-Engineering supercharged E46 M3 with a Vishnu Tuning 335 with the PROcede piggy back system. They posted the dyno sheet for the 335 and it showed 346.8hp and 391.6 torque at the wheels. Everything else was stock.
