No creaks but I just posted a poll with the purpose of seeing whether the creaking has any correlation to waxing or polishing the door jambs...

I also had the squeaking door seal problem.
In my frist visit at the local BMW dealer the technician took me for a test drive and as soon as he heard the problem he slightly lowered the front windows. The noise dissapeared.
He explained to me that the noise is created by the upper part of the door seal (which includes the rubber part and a soft velvet cloth part) when dirt or dust is accumulated there. He cleaned it and now the sqeek went away. He also said to NEVER apply any lubricant (like WD-40 that was suggested in this forum).
