Almost every time I have removed the side markers, I have lost the damm clip! I have removed the bottom panels and the wheel panel to try and find it and has only found it 1 out of 4 times and ended up buying 3 new side markers just for the clip. Now I have super glued the clip on before putting it back on to make sure I don't lose it anymore. Stupid stealers won't sell me just the clip!

So where does the clip end up?

Take an flexible & extendable magnet tool and put it in the opening and fish for it. Since the fender is aluminum, it won't stick to the fender. I caught the clip 2 out of 2 times!!!

Ron,
I just bought a pair of Trinity Smoked Turn Signals. I haven't thrown away the old ones so you can have them. Only 1 clip is available though .
I lost one trying to make the Trinity markers to fit flushed . They were difficult to install properly and only installed flushed after some clip adjustments.
I hope they stay in place and not pop out anytime soon.

Look at the gap. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

I had to put my needle-nose pliers to work to get them right. Not just Trinity though (they rock!) but side markers from three different companies. They all have the same lame clips
