I was looking for white when I bought mine, no where to be found. Black was the ONLY color. And now after owning a black car I'll never do it again..... Looks good for 1/2 day after it's washed and that's it.
That's pretty much why I'll never own a black car...white has been my color of choice pretty much forever!

I think black looks great when it's a little dirty, kinda looks lived in. Just my 2 sense.

The bottom line here is the the E60 looks great in just about any of the available colors, right? Although I would pass on that pink one.

i guess you guys don't keep up with bmw's and porsche's marketing?

in the recent 2006 auto shows, all the bmw m models on display were white.
997 gt3 is white in just about all the promos.

i guess bmw and porsche think white is in...

I believe that silver was Germany's racing color.
Like "British racing green" for GB and Red for Italy. I don't know if anyone used white?

It wasnt a color,...it was the bare body panels. They didnt paint them in an effort to lighten the weight of the car!

as was mentioned in an earlier post, white is considered a colour for trucks and vans in the UK......

I quite like the look of some members cars in white.

Ive never seen an E60 on the roads in the uk in white

my dealer (northampton) said he had never sold a white one

cheers

steve

I always find it interesting when members talk about white cars in the UK. Do you rarely see white cars on the road or do you see more of them now days?
