My car is getting low idle rpm when it warms up.... Normaly it is 500-600 rpm.... but sometimes it erratically lows to 450-480 rpm when I stop at light.

the first thing I thought it is dhe ICV and need to clean... I don't know.

I am trying to locate that on 545i even trying to look at realoem.com.

Anyone know?

I spent 3 hours to find the ICV on 545i.... not found........ :S

or maybe it does not exist for e60? or does it have other name?

 

does not exist anymore. went away when they switched to drive-by-wire for '99. The idle is controlled by the DME.

I know exactly the valve you're talking about, I removed and cleaned it on my 97 540 and my 98 740, and it was definitely not there in my 2001 540. that page refers to an E36, produced from '92 to '99. Your car does not have an ICV.
