Hello

I would like to ask how old are you when you bought you first BMW E60?
I cannot believe how many young people own an E60; I bought my first BMW in 1979, it was a 330i, had the car for 8 years, oh what a car that was. The next BMW was in 2000, a 328i, 2002 a 330i, 2004 a 545i and an X5, 2007 a 550i and a MCS. I'm 56 years old and can finally afford to get a new car every year or so.

last year , 23 used ofcourse ... dont have the paper yet to get 1 new off the lot.. but Mtec kit on the way and not many can tell the difference... also not relly sold of buying new, for couple factors software improves after the 1st bacth and depreciation.. I see myself continuing to buy 1 year used maybe under 10k miles even if i had the $ to buy 0 miles.

Wow.....I feel old at 36.

I felt young when I bought my first 7 series at 33. I think I'm stuck in between generations...maybe a 6 series is where I should be?

34 (current car) , dental surgeon.

It's amazing how young some of you are. Mind you, cars are cheaper in the US.
Here in the UK, the 520d ,the base model with no extras costs the equivalent of $50,000. A loaded 550i would be $110,000
Not much less for your configuration.
