When do the front LED's work
#1
Hi
I have used the search function and after reading pages and pages, I could not get the answer I am looking for. Its really simple. I have the DRL switched on via the IDrive. My car is 2008 model with xenons.
I know the rear red LED's are ON but the front LED's aren't. Only the Halos are at the front. My question is, does this sound right OR should my front LED's be ON also.
Note, they only work when the lights are switched to parking and low beams.
I don't get it, why are the rear LEDs working with the DRL while the front LEDs arent. I have the switch eternally at the auto position.
thanks
cheers
ps: I cant make head or tail from the car manual about the lights. It got too confusing with the welcome lights, the DRL, the low, the high, the xenons, the non-xenons, the .... I GIVE UP!!! HEADACHE!!! Damn why has BMW made things so damn confusing???
