Because iDrive can be a pain. I still haven't mastered the confounded ventilation system. I'm going to be miserable when the Spring arrives. ![Frown](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/sad.gif)

The whole look of an e60, headlights, tails, front Mtech bumper, rear M5 bumper..... My most favorite. The whole car itself!

My favorite is the voice command, but I'm surprised not more of you are saying Comfort Access (I don't have it). For non-CA cars, it seems an odd design that you have to insert the key and then press Start. Why not just turn the key like "normal"?

Hi All
Love the active steering (can't go back now ever) and sport sterring wheel most of all (makes all other cars instantly dreadful!) + angle eye lights, V8, Cell Phone integration....in fact I should stop visiting this site..my wife is starting to look at me funny...I keep telling her its much better than alcohol and gambling...
Anyhow to put some balance you can have too much of good thing I would swap the comfot seats for the perfect recaro style ones I had my old 1989 M5 though....twenty zillion combinations are few too many, not a moan just a comment.
Cheers

From Christchurch to Queenstowns and then up the West Coast, all the way to Picton
In a 5r, what a dream, that Active Steering would just be going off. The car would tight and in flight.
Im just dreaming of the roads bending and twisting, going over hill and down Mountain - what a fantasy.
but then there is the 'dirve sharing', I would have to fight the wife for the wheel and sharing the journey

Man, Im going to have to ferry my car over to NZ from Sydney one year, just to do that, it would be the ultimate 5r drive.
The problem is keeping my eyes on the road, whilst enjoying Mt Cook and beyond.
I LOVE NZ, and the roads it secretly enjoys.

I think I have 2, first is
Dynamic drive, it really works and makes this car handle like something half it's size.
Second is
Heated Steering Wheel, it's probably was the least essential thing on my car when I ordered but I seem to have it on all the time, it's just great

The Gadge is the car, in whatever its form, whatever its E60 year, it breaks open faces, and generates a smile when you get behind the wheel.
The Gadget which no one had mentioned, is the sponge, and what this does when you apply it to the moist car on a lovely sunny morning, Im guessin that it just creates something unique for all the members in this forum which we never tire of.
