Okay, go to the dealership to turn off your daytime running lights, Once thats off if u want the angel eyes effect i believe u can then turn the light switch knob to the 2nd most right position, thatll give u the angel eyes look on while ur driving, (or u can pull out the Daytime running light bulbs) and turn it to that 2nd most right position, As for brighter thats as bright as it gets without switching them out, the new 08 models have waaaaay brighter angel eyes.
