As far as getting your angel eyes brighter (like LCI's) you are not going to be able to do it with the lights you have now. My guess would be the only way to get the affect you want is to swap out the entire headlight units. But similar to the tail-light swap ill bet its not just a simple swap you may need an adapter or something.
Id be interested to see how this turns out for you....GL...keep us posted!

I think he can accomplish a similar result if the dealer disables the DRL's and he simply switches on the parking lights when he wants to have the angel eyes on.
As far as making them brighter, the best thing to do is search around the parts, accessories, and mods forum -- I'm pretty sure (but not certain) someone out there has found a brighter bulb for the halos on pre-LCI cars...

Okay, go to the dealership to turn off your daytime running lights, Once thats off if u want the angel eyes effect i believe u can then turn the light switch knob to the 2nd most right position, thatll give u the angel eyes look on while ur driving, (or u can pull out the Daytime running light bulbs) and turn it to that 2nd most right position, As for brighter thats as bright as it gets without switching them out, the new 08 models have waaaaay brighter angel eyes. Hope I helped.
