Not exactly sure what it is, but I have heard that noise as well. Mine acutally come from the driver side fender well, I have pulled that panel off and have seen some large units there with some big heat sinks. These units seem to have some fans on them, very similar to computer cpu fans. I think they just stay on to cool off the components after a long drive. That is when I usually hear mine. I will have to check for sure. Hope that helps.

It was actually the 1990 team, not the 1991 team. They won the national championship in 1990 against Notre Dame. It was the famous "Clip" that returned the TD Punt return by then, Rocket Ismail, and let CU win. I chewed my nails off during that game. PS - Coach Mac was the best coach they ever had. He could recruit better than any coach at that time. However, the liberal town of Boulder was not an ideal match for his Christian beliefs. I was bummed when he left. The program went downhill after and never returned.

hmmm... maybe you have a rat or something in your trunk? or you ran over someone and got stuck underneath the car?

i dont hear anything when i open mine.... but maybe you are hearing spring ?
