According to real oem, both are handle lower part front right for E60. However, part 2) has an additional comment that it applies for wooden cover only.

A search with getbmwparts.com shows that part 1 :Front door - Interior trim - Pull handle - W/o wood trim
Black Left - 2004-07 2004 - 2007

Part 2: Front door - Interior trim - Pull handle - W/wood trim

Part 1 and 2 are about the same price so i assume that part 2 that comes with wood trim is not referring to the handle wooden interior trim right? Hence may i know what is the difference? Thanks.

Yes i saw that. But is the wooden cover referring to the wood trim?
