Well, I only have 990 miles on the car, but I have filled it 4 times. I don't even want to do the math on that one, as I know how poor it will be.
On the brighter side, I am getting close to the 1200 mile marker, so the real fun can begin!

I go aprox. 340 miles...the ave. MPG on the dash seems to always be at 19.6 (Mostly freeway driving...everyday!)
I wish the 550 either had a 20 gallon tank or just a little better MPG, then I could get away with once a week fill ups.

don't forget there is a difference between the British and US gallon, US owner MPG numbers in this thread may be 10 to 15% less than they would be based on miles per UK gallon (range of course is what it is, the mpg number would look a little different if you use US or UK gallons).

As for US/Imperial gallons and therefore MPG... the a US gallon (and MPG) is EXACTLY 4/5 (80%) of a UK gallon (and MPG).
