i can only put this figure down to the foot of snow we have, as its never been this low before, its normally sitting around 38-41 mpg.

I think I must be driving too slow!! My 04 530d is showing 42.4 at the moment. I do a 180 mile motorway drive every monday and friday and city driving in between which usually brings it back down to around 36!

08 520d 45.5 mpg but i have been gunning it a bit normally its hovering around the 47mpg (UK gallons)
