What is "too long" to leave standing lamps on?

Sorry to ask a stupid question but where are the standing laps? I have this option set but I do not see them when I close the door at night.

turn the directional signal on before shutting the car off....the parking lights will be illuminated on whichever side of the car you set the indicator to after shutting off the car. Essentially a way to leave partial parking lights on for long periods of time...popular in Europe in their narrow streets/alleys.

The batteries in the diesels are stronger than in the petrol versions.

is there a way that the parking lights stay on when alarm is deactivated? for example when you pres the key fob to open the car at night... can the parking light go on not just blink twice? thanks

Not that I'm aware of. If you press the center button on the fob (the lock button), the interior lights will come on for a short time...

No.

But my dealer called me to let me know that the protective windows can now be ordered and installed. So my car will be at the dealership for a couple days very soon, getting 16.2, the new windows, and will get checked out. Hopefully we find a way to solve the battery/power problem and will install an AV input.
