Hey,

I'm new to this forum so please let me know if I'm doing something wrong.
Just purchased a 525i e60 LCI and it has one faulty parking sensor. I tried removing the front bumper and while doing that I discovered this part hanging loose in the lower grille.

I believe it's broken off from somewhere (looks like it) and I have no idea what it is. Any ideas?

They have a habit of relocating themselves when the car hits a snow bank or drives thru deep,snow,or,ice, on my E39 I lost it twice as it was mounted less hidden/protected then on the E60.
