thank you but you are 100% sure? is there a way i can test that? it must be something or some options that only works on LM2 to try... something on i-drive? or maybe i can look at the module to read on it but i don't know where it is...i heard somewhere above the driver footrest? i have to remove a screw or something? thank you

 

Why don't you do the leg work and find out yourself ... you are the only one that can 100% make it sure no one else ... you have the car with you ... if you don't think you can find out yourself maybe you shouldn't be working around the LM.

Of course you have to remove some screws for the under cover of the steering wheel to get to the the parts if you can find it ... first search around the forum for what is the picture of LM look like so you know what you should be looking for. It would be rather bad to try to locate something but don't even know what to look.
