My Ride: 2006 550i Titanium Silver, Black Dakota Leather, Aluminum Cube Trim, M Sport Pkg, Premium Pkg, Comfort Access, Head Up Display, Steptronic, Comfort Seats, Rear Heated Seats, Through Load, Park Distance Control, Navigation , HK Logic 7, etc

you guys are just jealous cuz you don't have it hehe. It's worth every penny. To not have to dig in my pockets and be able to walk up and just open the door or trunk let alone all the other stuff it does is just fantastic. The option is a no brainer. People all love it who I show it to!

na klaar, I do not ahve it was not available. I luv the way my car starts with the stept and the key, got the message in the HUD first, "press brake" it is like a cockpit of a Jet. I am not sure here this wud be safe

Yeah but trev be happy w that, in the US when I was in NJ my friend left his house and cabrio all nite open with everything in it... do NOT try that here in Europe.

I have had my E60 for 5 days and definitely Comfort Access is one of my favourite things. I was also not too sure if the $ 1000 was worth it but now I can tell you it was definitely worth it.

It is so cool that you can lock the car by touching the front door handles too!

I thought I read in the manual that you are supposed to insert the key twice a year for recharge on comfort access?

No, on a serious note, I agree, it is convenient. and its a fantastic feature overall - no one argues that. We are talking abotu the price - I think it is very overpriced - but I guess BMW is making money on it while thye can. Soon it will be standard on so many cars.
