What does HUD look like from the outside?
Does the projection "STOP" on the windshield? Or can you stick your finger on the outside of the windsheild and see stuff on your hand? This has been bugging me for a while

No, you have to put your hand out at the front of the hood to see it. 
Seriously, the answer is still no. A HUD windshield is built to reflect back to the driver that image that is in the HUD unit.
