What do I need to say to get newest I-Drive software?

My Ride: 750i
Model Year: 2014
I have an '07 550 and want the newest version software that allowes you to just move the track ball to the right or left to get that particular menue without having to go back to the MAIN MENUE.
What do I need to complain about or say to get newest I-Drive software installed? The last time they told me that they don't just upgrade software if there are no issues.

have u tried moving the track-ball to any direction (up, down, left, right) and holding it there for 2 seconds or so? thats how i jump from one menu to the other without going to the main menu (homescreen)...
