Have all that and you can choose to disable 3 times indicator in the iDrive.

Also the light for night access is located on the mirror rather than on the door handle.

The M5's fender is wider than the stock so making it impossible for stock E60 to fit M5 front and rear bumper.

Another difference is M5 doesn't have foglights (not even option) as the holes are used for the intake, I don't think they are expecting you to drive it in the fog.
i dont think that the holes on the front bumper are for the intake but for the right cooling of those huge kick ass brakes

I have seen a computer drawing of the M5 engine (can't find it now and don't remember where I've seen it) There are two tubes that leads to the intake manifold from the place where the foglights are as they say the V10 needs more air than our standard E60.

Ya its for the intake.

The old E39 Home Depot Mod was for the brakes but not the E60.

The Nowack brake duct intake look a likes are actually sink drains that are readily available at your local Home Depot and various hardware stores. You can gather more information about them from these threads below:

It seems that we are both right as quoted

The large air intakes for cooling and aspiration, which are integrated in the front apron, are a striking feature. The side air vents situated to the left and right of the large front air intakes serve not only to ventilate the brakes, but also as an engine air intake.
and the picture from EBMCS03 also shows that too.
