My Ride: 2004 530i Titanium Silver. (6spd)(Sport)(Premium)(Navi)(Active Steering)(Adaptive Headlights)
I did exactly what you're looking into. I graduated from college in spring 2007, lined up a good job and bought out the lease for an 04' 530i. Fortunately my mom was the previously lease owner so the car only had 6,000 miles on it and was a fully loaded car with the sport package too. I only went through with such a large financial obligation right out of college because I could afford it, and living at home didn't hurt either lol. Its a timeless car with great style, performance, and potentially long term dependability. If you got the cash, I say go for it, I don't think you'll regret it, I definitely don't.
Hey, Guys!! 1st of all I must say the e60 is one of the best car design i have ever seen! That menacing look that it pose when you look at is incredible
Well,I'm about to graduate next year in may2011 from Texas State University(GO Bobcats) & I'm really thinking about purchasing a e60 after i graduate. I have been looking at used e60s between the year 2005-2007. So, far I have seen prices from 14,000 to 28,000 and up, with mileage from 100+ to lower. Now, the million dollar questions are: Are these cars good when used(because I'm shocked a e60 would be sold for 14,0000), should buy would from a used bmw dealership, & finally as much i LOVE this car would this be good for a soon to graduate college student who would have to finance this car himself? Thanks Guys! E60 rocks!!!

Well, Thank you guys for all your responses. The chances of me getting this ride is so high right now I can't wait for may 2011(when i graduate)! I always thought the g35 was beautiful(i still think it is), but compare to the e60 it look like some high school kid car lol.& also does the e60 have a hard-drive based navigation or dvd?
