I love Active Steering on the E60. Sirius Satellite Radio adds immensely to the joy of my 5er and worth every penny of the cost!

 

well, if the question is "what is", then i can only give you one answer which is the adaptive xenon headlights. however, there is another function i personally think is quite useful...the programmable buttons located on the right side of the steering wheel. no one has mentioned this yet. am i the only weirdo ?

 

I really like the light in the glovebox, although the sliding armrest is pretty groovy too..

Agree with Heezy. I could take or leave active steering. I'm tired of bumping off curbs at the grocery story. Now, active roll stabilization is another story. It feels good to throw a nearly 4,000 pound car into a hard corner and not spill your bourbon and water.
