Good choice. One of my favs.

Let us know how your X5 with the winter setup does in this mess. It should be lots of fun to go bombing around the snowy roads in that.

I am on my second snifter of Gran Marnier....Luckily my baby is nice and dry in the garage. She won't see the light of day until the snow is all gone and there is no salt left on the roads.

yeah man i was out earlier. drove from the south shore home to the north shore. The truck was just so confidence inspiring and capable. Its really amazing. The combination of x-drive, blizzaks and a 4.8 is LOADS of fun. Calton and I plan to be out and about tomorrow havin some fun.

Enjoy. Take some pics of the snow romp in the X5s if you can.

I have to drive from Manhattan to Staten Island tomorrow morning. Hopefully my 550 with the Dunlops WinterSports will behave. My 540 with them was not confidence inspiring but it was passable and driveable (with caution) for a high power RWD car.

Turn on DTC (and turn off DSC) to help gain traction in the snow.

Just discovered cognac and chocolate. TOGETHER.
