I just told him that the bmw service manual says it is a 4.5 hour installation and he has 3.4 for the front bumper alone without paint. DOes anyone have specifics I can use to argue?

My Ride: 09 M5 (E60) Interlagos blue, Silverstone interior, with cold weather package. Adaptive Xenon headlamps and adaptive brake lights, hud, comfort access. Comfort seats, basically fully loaded.

LOL MAN YOU GOT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RIPPED OFF. Show that conman these posts so he can see what BMW enthusiasts think of his bullshit pricing.

I think I paid.... $1000 for all 3 pieces including installation and some minor modification that was required for proper fitment. Anyways, your car needs a drop ASAP. Don't ever go to his shop again and make sure everyone knows that the extra $1000 or so he sucked out of you cost him future business and hope he enjoys it.

They do paint it prior to mounting, but they have to make sure it fits before they paint it

unfortunately yes, but I drives this car 700 miles per week on NE roads and PA turnpike, I am hesitant to mess up ride quality or make it lower...
