Both yesterday and today on early morning startup I got the increased emissions, heavy load (or something similar) and heavy shaking from the engine. I tried to drive and it felt like half the cylinders were not firing and very slow acceleration. The fix was to restart the car then it stared normally with full power and no shaking or errors. If I start the car anytime after that during the day there are no issues. Its only happened in the morning on cold first startup. Any ideas or anybody have a similar issue? This is the first time Ive ever seen this happen.

I guess it could be anything really...........? Just thought it was weird, 2 mornings in a row same issue then it disappears the rest of the day after a second restart!

Go to AutoZone and ask them to read the Check Engine code for you. They should do it for free. That should be a good start before you start replacing parts.
Then also check Pressure Regulating Valves
DIY: Increased Emission No More!!
