Default Weird rpm jumping update

New coils and software update but RPM STILL jumps up constantly when I cruise around 2000-3500 rpm. I was told to disconnect my oxygen sensors before warm up to see if it runs smoothly. Has anyone tried this? I hope it's just my o2 sensors. I have no codes.

I'm sorry, not enough information. What year, model and mileage? Has the ATF fluid been changed? Would think if it were linked to the O2 sensors, you would have CEL and or at least a OBD code.

2004 BMW 525i sport. New coils and plugs. New secondary valve on intake manifold. Updated software. I'm not sure if the ATF has ever been changed. But according to the last shop I took it at they said I had aftermarket o2 senors so i'm hoping it to be the case. Has any 525i out there had the o2 sensors be the problem? No lights or codes whatsoever
