My Ride: On order: 2007 550i, silver gray, black leather, anth. maple trim, active cruise, heated steering wheel, sport, night vision, vent seats, heat rears, active steering, rear air bags, folding seats, comfort access, navigation , HUD, black head liner, steptronic, premium sound, sirius and HD radio.

I have searched the forum but can not seem to find the URL for the wesite that lists service bulletins. It is the one that you have to pay to use. It is rather expensive. Any help?

The grand daddy of them all for BMW is at www.bmwtis.com but it'll cost you plenty.

Alldata.com has bulletin listings for free (click here for the BMW bulletins) but you have to pay to read it. The price is much more resonable but I'm not sure how up-to-date the data is.

If you need recall information, you can get that free at www.nhtsa.gov

This was taken of the Alldata.com home page and explains why the info isn't current.

Note: Currently, information is available for Model Years 1982 to 2003. 2004 Model Year information is scheduled to be released this winter. Unfortunately, information for Honda, Acura and BMW is not available to consumers through ALLDATA DIY by request of the manufacturers.

The most current TIS on the site for a 545i is from April 2004.
