After a rain, I am getting water under the front passenger seat beneath the vents. Sometimes I get water that will flow out to the rear passenger foot well.

At first, I thought it might be the rear door panel waterproofing membrane. But the last rain resulted in only water in the lower part which is under the front passenger seat. There is no water in the vents, and the car is parked tilted up a driveway about 5 degrees incline. There is no water in the front foot well either.

Has anyone have this similar issue and know the culprit? Please help.
