Urgent help needed!

I have a '04 545 SMG (M Kit, Remus) in India, where the roads suck and get water clogged everytime it rains.

Anyhow, my car got stuck in a about a foot of water, luckily it was close to my house & I could enlist the help of some people and push it home. They are flat bedding the car to the dealer right now as we speak.

What can i expect? Is it a serious problem or one that can be fixed relatively easily?

If any water got into the air intake.....a knackered engine!!...I seem to remember, E60's are prone to sucking up water in relatively shallow conditions....heres hoping yours didn't
