This why I asked as removing the OEM tires, especially if they are run-flats, have been a problem for some folks who used non-BMW tire shops. Not that they are dishonest, the combination of what is a fairly soft alloy in the wheels and the effort needed to remove the run-flats make for rim damage if a person is not experienced at removing the run-flats.

The damage that I saw was like the WHEEL was flat spotted.(if that makes since) I am not a expert, but if they caused the damage would it not be more side to side? Not sure if I am explaining myself.

No, you are making sense but I'm no wheel expert either. Try another tire place try the balancing but if the damage is that visible, it may be difficult to get by the dealer.
