how is it possible to tell what version fo sftware you have? i thought only dealer coudl tell?
It is on the MY05 545 I picked up last night! Verison 14.0

The most of us know, because the dealer answered our question what version we have... 
Also, by reading this board, you know about fixes in the software versions. So if you have a specific fix and don't have a newer one, you know what version you have.

I don't remember, but I think it's one of those you see in Sharper Image stores.It should come in today. I can take some pictures of the model and then post them.
