Warning Light

I just bought an 08 528i, and I am loving the car. This morning, however, a light resembling and engine appeared on my dash. The check button says "Check OK," and I have consulted the owners manual, but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Are you in Canada? If the check says ok, it might be a short circuit... or a flaw in the gauge cluster...
