Want to remove master and passenger window switch
Hi Guys,
I have goggled a bit and I can't find an answer to my question
I want to remove both the driver and passenger window switch to first see if I can plastidip them and solve the peeling problem.
Can you use a trim tool to remove them or do I have to remove the door panel to do this?
Can I separate the trim from the switch to spray?
If the plastidip sucks do they sell this trim piece by itself?
I have searched the OEM diagrams but can't find the part number. I even wrote some of the part sites and they are clueless.

remove all of door trim and unscrew from underneath, yes the switch pack comes away from the plastic cover and you should be able to fine trim separately on ebay or a breakers yard

go to bavsound.com and look for the speaker installation instructions for the E60.
You can find the part number for a new switch by going to
penskeparts.com
select BMW
enter the last 7-digits of the car's VIN
select group 61
scroll down until you see the diagram that you need
