Want to learn to code our cars, anyone in the San Diego area?
When I got my '08 E60 I paid someone to code some features in my car. It took about an hour and whole lot of keyboard clicking by the guy.
It looks like there's a new software tool created by BMW735 that should make coding a whole lot easier, a lot of the manual steps are now automated. Just placed my order for the one-stop-electronics cable ($99) should arrive in the next 2 to 3 weeks. I bought an '08 X3 that I'll be modifying first, want to make changes to the turn signal, disable seat belt chime, etc. Anyone in the San Diego area (I live in Chula Vista) want to meet up to learn to code?
