Voice Control woes.....help!

So I press the voice control (VC) button ....CAR-"Please speak" ME-"Options or call home or whatever....." CAR- "Sorry, please speak" ME-"......repeat command"
CAR- "System off" What the hell......?!!
BTW yes I have the windows up, no I'm not shouting, yes the correct language is selected, no I have no accent......er......well only when I'm talking to my fellow Jamaicans.

Just try something simple like '' Option '' Or say '' Main Menu

Personally, I learned early on that profane requests were ignored. Of course, that doesn't mean I didn't have some fun with it.
